Relationship Coaching
& Couples Retreats to Build Deeper Connection

Helping individuals and couples heal patterns, improve communication, and create conscious, lasting relationships.

Ireland and Online.

We all know that romantic relationships are often where we’re challenged the most, yet no one really teaches us how to communicate effectively, navigate conflict, or tend to a connection over the long term. And quite frankly, most people struggle with all of the above.

At Practicing Love, we offer tools, skills, and practices grounded in psychology, relational wisdom, and lived experience. We share these through our retreats, workshops, private coaching, and community spaces.

Who We Are

Two women enjoying a picnic on a grassy hillside near a body of water, with a picnic basket and blankets.

Seán and Hannah are the couple behind PRACTICING LOVE.

Since day one of their relationship they have been studying relational psychology and methodologies focused on building a healthy romantic partnership, with clear communication and a deep sense of intimacy.

Together they have completed Level 1 & 2 of the Gottman Method, a structured, evidence-based couples therapy method. They have also studied and practiced under Londin Winters and Justin Pierce of The Yoga of Intimacy for the past 4 years. The tools and practices they have gained through their studies have supported them in over-coming many obstacles and challenges, and they’ve ultimately built a stronger, more connected relationship through this journey together.

Hannah recently completed a three year Masters Degree centred in Jungian Psychology, during which time part of her researched focused on the ‘inner-marriage’, the union of masculine and feminine within, which is key to any relational work. Seán is a mindfulness, meditation and breathwork facilitator, who also facilitates men’s work. Seán is currently completing a BA in Counselling and Psychotherapy, while Hannah is completing a MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy.
